Jeremy Dantzler is the President and Associate Broker of Provident. Jeremy has worked in the real estate industry since 1998 and has a proven track record of success in residential and commercial sales and asset management. Before founding Provident, Jeremy held positions with Equity Residential Properties (R.E.I.T., Chicago, Illinois) and McKinley Inc. (Ann Arbor, Michigan). Jeremy is a licensed Michigan Real Estate Broker and Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS). He has served as a member of the Property Management Association of Michigan (PMAM), The Washtenaw Area Apartment Association (WAAA), and is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). Jeremy specializes in multi-family property management, distressed real estate workouts, and project management.
